Competition Terms & Conditions
- This COMPETITION is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- Employees (or family members of employees) of the Promoter may not enter this Competition.
- Entrants must, Like, Follow and Tag at least 3 individuals by 31/08/2023.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Maximum 1 prize per person.
- THERE WILL BE 2 WINNERS FOR THIS COMPETITION.
- Each winner will win a Jucce Bar Hamper.
- The winners will be notified Via DM on Instagram and Tagged in a post on @vapejucce Instagram profile page.
- Winners must respond to the prize notification message within 5Â days. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
- The prize excludes any costs for transport, travel, accommodation, spending money, meals, travel documentation and insurance, other than specified.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prize) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Details of prize winners’ names and counties will be available for one month after the close of this prize draw by writing to the prize draw at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Competition.
- The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
- The Promoter excludes all responsibility and liability to the winner, with an exception for liability it cannot exclude or limit by law.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The Promoter will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Competition, including prize fulfilment and announcing winners. Please see our Privacy Policy.
- The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional remuneration. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the Promoter’s request.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
